OpenFOAM at UTS eResearch

OpenFOAM at UTS eResearch

Peter Brady was at UTS yesterday to give a quick overview presentation of OpenFOAM and its ecosystem of tools for researchers. Some of the topics covered included using OpenFOAM, customising and scaling out your models from the rapid prototype to massively parallel via a hybrid cloud High Performance Computing cluster. The talk was well attended and, as it was part of a general eResearch hacky session, generated some great cross-collaboration with robotics and science researchers. Thanks to Matthew Gaston and the UTS eResearch team for organising.
